Terms of service
XAUCLUB Cashback — Terms of Service (draft, effective on publication)
1. Scope. XAUCLUB operates an independent broker cashback and rewards information service. XAUCLUB does not execute trades or act as a trading broker. Participation is subject to acceptance of these terms and any broker-specific program conditions.
2. Account eligibility. Only approved and correctly attributed broker trading accounts may qualify. Standard and broker-confirmed Cent (USC) accounts may be eligible. ECN and Prime accounts are excluded. Broker account classification and contract sizing must be verified before final settlement.
3. Trading rules. Qualifying trades must remain open for at least 480 seconds (8 minutes), measured from the recorded opening execution timestamp to the closing execution timestamp. Trades closed using Close By are ineligible. Missing, inconsistent or unverifiable timestamps and closure methods make a trade ineligible pending investigation. Additional symbol and broker rules may apply.
4. Published indicative rates. Eligible XAUUSD trades have an indicative cashback rate of USD 8 per standard-equivalent lot; eligible Forex symbols have an indicative cashback rate of USD 6 per standard-equivalent lot, unless the published broker/symbol schedule states otherwise. Only symbols explicitly enabled for a broker qualify. For configured Cent accounts, 100 Cent lots equal 1 standard-equivalent lot, subject to actual broker contract specifications and verification. Rates may vary by broker, account type, instrument, effective date and program.
5. Verification and funding. Trade-history imports and displayed calculations are estimates, not confirmed entitlements. XAUCLUB reviews account attribution, broker statements, closing method, trading duration and settlement evidence. Cashback is added manually by authorized administration only after reconciliation and funding approval, normally targeted within 24–48 hours after reconciliation. Actual timing may be longer; there is no automatic credit or guaranteed payout date.
6. Corrections. Duplicate trades, invalid attribution, reversals, pricing errors, chargebacks, fraud or broker corrections may result in rejection, withholding or properly recorded adjustment, subject to applicable law and documented review.
7. Account security. Clients should provide only approved read-only investor credentials when requested in the secure account connection flow, never the trading master password. Clients are responsible for protecting their access credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
8. Withdrawals. Wallet withdrawals are not enabled during the current alpha release. Future payout eligibility, limits, verification, fees, payment methods and processing terms must be separately published before activation.
9. Trading risks. Forex, CFDs and leveraged trading involve substantial risk, including loss of all deposited funds. Cashback does not eliminate trading risk or constitute investment advice. A trader should not trade primarily to earn rebates.
10. Availability and restrictions. Programs may be unavailable in some jurisdictions or under particular broker arrangements. XAUCLUB may suspend new participation or certain features for compliance, security or technical reasons, without unlawfully withholding earned and payable amounts.
11. Privacy and support. Personal contact information and enquiries are processed for account administration and responses under the published privacy notice. Contact details are not publicly displayed. Use the Contact page for questions and disputes.
12. Changes and governing terms. Material changes will be published with an effective date; changes do not silently rewrite previously reconciled transactions. The contracting entity, governing law, complaints procedure and contact details must be completed and legally reviewed before public production launch.
THIS IS A DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW AND NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR APPROVED, JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC TERMS.
